In May of 2008, I received a Master of Arts in Teaching from Elms College.
As part of this program, I earned an Initial license in English (8-12).  I also have an Initial License in English (5-8).

Employment

Teacher

I teach 7th and 8th grade students!

Color Guard Instructor

I instruct Enrico Fermi High School’s Marching Falons Color Guard.  This group performs at home football games, as well as at USSBA competitions.  I mostly teach 6ft flag, swing flag, and body work during the marching band season.  In the spring, we work on technique and performance basics, as well as on weapon basics for sabre and rifle.  The guard’s highlight solo performance is at the noncompetitive UMass Amherst Color in the Cage show in early May.

Summer Band Manager

I recruit prospective and interested students for the Power and Class of New England, the UMass Minuteman Marching Band!
